SIXXFOOTA accepts payment via authorized Check, Cash, Debit or Credit Card:  VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you following your order. You will be notified as soon as possible if you have ordered an item that is no longer in stock. Furthermore, SIXXFOOTA may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days with the exception of back orders or custom designs, which may be delayed by the availability of the materials. We will notify you as soon as possible if for any reason there will be a delay with your order.

Merchandise paid for by check will be held until the check clears. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Custom Orders
At SIXXFOOTA we specialize in longer lengths for men and women. Upon request, we can customize for “FIVEFOOTA’s” of average arm and inseam lengths, based on availability. We also welcome the opportunity to work with you to create a style that is personal to you.

To order a customized garment, e-mail sales@SIXXFOOTA.com directly to discuss your needs, budget and timeline. After we agree on the design and the materials to be used, a Custom Project Agreement will be sent to you, which you must sign, and fax, mail or e-mail back to us. If necessary, you must supply measurements to ensure appropriate fit of the garment. A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. We will notify you upon completion of the product at which time the balance of payment will be due. Once complete payment is received, the finished garment will be shipped to you insured. Generally we allow about three (3) to four (4) weeks for fabrication, construction and shipping, although rush orders can be accommodated.

Order Cancellation Policy
SIXXFOOTA will make every effort to accommodate a desire to cancel an order. Should you wish to cancel an order, you have until 5PM EST on the same day that the order was placed to cancel the order without penalty. Cancellation after 5PM EST of orders placed on that day, but prior to 5PM the next day, will be charged a fee of 10% of the total order. If the order has been processed, you will be charged the full price, including postage, handling, and insurance charges. These rules apply whether it is a partial or full cancellation. You may opt instead for a store credit, in which case there is no penalty.

SIXXFOOTA reserves the right to cancel an order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever. An e-mail advising you of the cancellation will be sent as soon as possible and all charges will be voided.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges only are accepted on non-customized or otherwise altered items that have not been worn or cleaned, returned with all tags attached. Exchanges are accepted by insured mail if returned to SIXXFOOTA within 7 days of customer receipt of purchase. Merchandise will not be accepted for an exchange after 7 days. Please follow the exchange instructions on the invoice included with your purchase. No refunds will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Free Shipping
All orders are fully insured and shipped via USPS Priority ground, for free, unless otherwise specified. We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Rush delivery available at additional costs to be charged to the customer.
